The
Screensaver Taskbar Icon shows the current screensaver status and provides quick
access to test, configure, and run screensavers with or without password
protection. You can more easily protect your computer from snoops and accidental
or intentional disruption by using Power Drawers’ flexible password security
controls.General Screensaver Configuration
To quickly access screensaver configuration in the Windows control panel, either double-click on the Screensaver taskbar icon or select the Screensaver Configuration option from the taskbar icon’s right-click menu. Use the Enable Screensaver menu item to turn screensaving on. If screensaving is enabled, the same menu item will say Disable Screensaver and allow you to disable screensaving. The enabled/disabled status is shown by the taskbar icon.

Enable/Disable
Corners..Use the Enable/Disable Corners menu item to configure corners of your screen to activate or deactivate the current screensaver. Once configured, you can start the screensaver by moving your mouse to one corner of your screen or stop the screensaver from starting by putting the mouse in a different corner of the screen. If you hold the Ctrl key down when putting the cursor in the Enable corner, the current screensaver is invoked with password protection even if password protection is normally turned off.
This provides you with a fast, effective way to:
1) activate your screensaver when leaving your computer
2) lock your workstation before leaving it
3) stop the screensaver from starting when doing a presentation that you don't want interrupted by a screensaver
