There was an error reported when I ran the installer. |
If the installer reports an error trying to access core.new, then it was
temporarily unable to access the master files on the internet. In such a case,
please go to the download page and click on
pwrSetup.exe (the link for Long
Install). pwrSetup.exe includes all the Power Drawers files, so it will not
have any problem accessing the files to install them.
If Power Drawers is already installed and you are reinstalling it under Windows
Me or Windows 2000, the installer will probably require that you either restart
Windows or log off Windows and log back in before it can proceed. This is
perfectly normal and only affects a reinstall under Win Me or Windows 2000.
If any other error is reported running the installer, use the Tech
Feedback page to contact us and let us know:
1) the exact error message reported
2) which download link you clicked on from the download page.
