Power Drawers allows you to set custom icons for folders, but you require Windows Shell v4.71 or greater for custom folder icons to be displayed. If you have an old version of the Shell, you can customize the icon for shortcuts to folders. It’s also possible to upgrade your Windows Shell to allow custom folder icons.
