How do I get quick access to files that PowerOrganizer didn't find?

PowerOrganizer automatically scans for files you will probably want quick access to such as programs on your Start Menu, but you could want quick access to files, folders and internet shortcuts that PowerOrganizer didn't find.

Since the categories that Organizer creates are desktop folders, you can add or move items as easily as moving files or copying shortcuts between folders.

To manually add a shortcut to any file or folder to a desktop folder, first navigate to the file either using Windows Explorer or
Power Drawers menus, and then Copy the file (Ctrl-C in either Explorer or Power Drawers). Then use Windows Explorer to open the desktop folder where you want to have a shortcut to the item you have copied. Finally, use the Paste Shortcut item from the Edit menu in the folder’s Explorer window.

See PowerOrganizer in the Online Manual
for details on automatically classifying items.
