Before sending us a message, consult the extensive Power Drawers Online Manual and this web site's Troubleshooting Section for answers to technical questions. Troubleshooting has answers to every support question we have been asked. Before reporting a problem, please read the page Is a problem related to Power Drawers? to help determine the cause of the problem.

How to Reproduce the Problem We can't fix a problem unless we can reproduce it here. 

Since Power Drawers has been tested for thousands of hours on all supported Windows platforms, all known problems have been fixed. New problems are therefore unusual, so we really need specific instructions on how to make the problem occur with as much detail as possible. If screenshots or other files will help show a problem, email  them  to help@dynamickarma.com as well as filling out this form.



Other Shell Extensions  If telling us about a program error, crash or freeze, please copy the contents of otherShell.txt into the field below to help us reproduce and fix a reported error. otherShell.txt is stored in the Power Drawers folder (C:\Program Files\PowerDrawers by default).
