Improve
Yourself and You Improve Everything There are many materialistic things people
do to try to make their lives better, but the best thing you can
possibly do is improve yourself. A better house or car or gadget won't make
you a better, more confident and balanced person, more capable of
dealing with whatever stresses lives throws at you.
However consistently committing some time to kung fu
could do just that. It's the purest way to work on yourself, making
yourself strong on the inside, not just the outside.

Kung fu isn't your whole life, but it does offer a direct path to
improve your life. Anything you can do to improve yourself will enhance
every element of your life.
Sometimes people think they don't have the time. It comes
down to "what do you want?" Having more energy and confidence should not be put off until you aren't busy.
You'll always be busy, that isn't the point. You must make time for
what's important. The question to ask
yourself is this: Is my well-being, my confidence, my personal safety
important to me or not? If it is, then make the time to
do empowering activities such as learning Wing Chun.

We
teach Wing Chun Kung Fu, popularized by the
legendary Bruce Lee & Jackie Chan. Wing Chun is the world's most
effective martial art because it does not require
great strength, speed or a long period of practice
to get results. Wing Chun is a
scientific form of self defense utilizing
center-line theory, economy of motion and chi sao
to safely handle a wide array of possible attacks. Our techniques
use an opponent's energy against them & maximize
your strength and speed while minimizing an
opponent's. This makes it an ideal self defense
system for women and men of any size or fitness
level.

Part of keeping
our students focused is our pledge: I believe that constant
practice in the art of Wing Chun will enable me to
transcend to a higher mental and physical level. I shall
show respect for the Art, my Sifu, Sihing, and Sidi. I
shall exercise my utmost tolerance and consideration in
dealing with people and general matters in and outside
the Academy.
