Our Beginner Wing Chun classes are an ideal way to improve fitness, energy, confidence and learn the world's most effective self defense system. Classes are fun, interesting and empowering with quick results. If you try Wing Chun, you'll be pleased at how it improves your body and mind and how much more confident you feel about self defense. Increase your confidence, self defense, fitness Beginner Wing Chun is suitable for ages 11-70.

Wing Chun Kung Fu - Benefit Mind & Body

adult & teen classes weekly
Our classes follow a format to ensure that you benefit both physically and mentally and that you make progress with self defense. We start with a full body warm-up and stretch so your body and mind are prepared, followed by conditioning to build strength & flexibility. We then learn & practice real-world self-defense skills utilizing Wing Chun, the world's most effective self defense system. Each class ends with a breathing & stretching cool down so you leave feeling energized.

Class Times
We make it very easy for Beginners to get started.

  • many classes throughout the week to fit anyone's schedule

  • our curriculum is structured so you you can start class any time, NOW is the time

  • learning is fun when there's no pressure, progress at your own pace and enjoy the process!

You only need to attend once or twice a week to make progress, but we offer 5 opportunities a week for you to train and progress. We offer a comfortable environment to introduce the material to you at your own pace. You won't feel self-conscious as we introduce the material to lay a foundation of the basics. We offer classes open to Beginners as follows:
 

Mondays 6-730pm Wing Chun
Wednesdays 545-645pm Wing Chun
Wednesdays 645-8pm Kung Fu conditioning
Thursdays 6-8pm Wing Chun
Sundays 10-1145am Wing Chun


If you can't make one of the normal Beginner-Only classes, we have other class times to make the schedule work for you.
Once you progress beyond the beginner level, we have even more class times available.


We offer attractive Intro Plans for new students to start with (either twice/week or unlimited classes). However, space in our classes is limited.
